Synchronizing a SHICAI inline printer with an encoder means the coder knows the belt speed continuously, so print timing and code spacing stay correct even as the line speeds up or down. The encoder (or photo-eye) feeds pulses to the controller; you set the product length and the head fires at the right moment every time.
