The SHICAI F320 is a rewinding machine for roll-to-roll coding and finishing – it feeds, codes and rewinds flexible material or labels in one pass. It pairs with an inline head when the job is printing variable data onto a web that must be rewound for the next process.
For flexible film or label rolls, the F320 turns a coding step into a continuous, reeled operation.
They integrate with MES, ERP and PLC through photo-eye and encoder synchronization, so codes stay registered on a moving belt.
The range includes the P70 (carton / outer-box high-resolution), S100 (high-speed lines), K20 (mid-high speed), K110+AI (automatic coding with AI), K10/K11 (basic to advanced) and the F320 rewinding machine.
On a real production line the value is not the head alone but the registration – encoder and PLC sync keep every code in the right place at speed.
Key points:
- SHICAI inline coders print variable data – QR, barcodes, serial and lot numbers – at up to about 406 m/min at 600 DPI.
- Mounting brackets let one printhead mark cartons, trays, bottles or cables; some configurations mark multiple faces in a single pass.
