The SHICAI S100 is an inline coder built for high-speed carton lines: it sustains fast throughput while holding 600 DPI so barcodes and QR codes stay scannable. It is the choice when case volume is high and downtime from misreads is costly.
Like the rest of the inline range it integrates with MES/ERP and supports serialized, variable-data output.
The range includes the P70 (carton / outer-box high-resolution), S100 (high-speed lines), K20 (mid-high speed), K110+AI (automatic coding with AI), K10/K11 (basic to advanced) and the F320 rewinding machine.
Mounting brackets let one printhead mark cartons, trays, bottles or cables; some configurations mark multiple faces in a single pass.
Where serialization is required, the coder becomes part of the MES: it pulls the next serial, prints it and reports back so nothing is missed.
