What if my printer arrives damaged or delayed?

If a printer arrives damaged, photograph the crate and unit before unpacking and notify SHICAI and the carrier immediately so a claim can start; if delayed, we trace the shipment with the tracking number and broker. SHICAI handles these cases routinely and will arrange repair, parts or replacement per the Incoterm and insurance.

Keeping the original crate until the claim closes protects you.

Trade terms EXW, FOB and CIF are available; import duties and customs clearance are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless quoted otherwise.

Machines are foam-crated for overseas transit; ink cartridges can ship with the printer where local regulations allow, otherwise sent separately.

For ink, air-freight rules differ from sea; shipping cartridges separately or by sea often avoids courier restrictions.
