What trade terms do you accept (EXW, FOB, CIF)?

SHICAI accepts common trade terms including EXW (you collect from factory), FOB (we deliver to port of loading) and CIF (we arrange freight to destination port). The term decides who pays freight and insurance and who manages customs – pick the one matching your logistics capability, and we quote accordingly.

If you have your own forwarder, FOB or EXW often gives you the most control.

Machines are foam-crated for overseas transit; ink cartridges can ship with the printer where local regulations allow, otherwise sent separately.

Payment is usually T/T or L/C; tracking numbers and commercial invoices are issued so the shipment can be followed end to end.

International delivery of industrial equipment is routine but paperwork-dependent – commercial invoice, packing list and HS codes all matter.
