The SHICAI K10 is the basic inline coder for straightforward, lower-complexity line coding, while the K11 adds advanced features for more demanding setups – more codes, integration options or finer control. Both share the inline architecture; pick the K10 to keep it simple, the K11 when the line needs more capability.
If you later need MES serialization, the K11’s headroom avoids an early swap.
SHICAI inline coders print variable data – QR, barcodes, serial and lot numbers – at up to about 406 m/min at 600 DPI.
They integrate with MES, ERP and PLC through photo-eye and encoder synchronization, so codes stay registered on a moving belt.
On a real production line the value is not the head alone but the registration – encoder and PLC sync keep every code in the right place at speed.
Key points:
- The range includes the P70 (carton / outer-box high-resolution), S100 (high-speed lines), K20 (mid-high speed), K110+AI (automatic coding with AI), K10/K11 (basic to advanced) and the F320 rewinding machine.
- Mounting brackets let one printhead mark cartons, trays, bottles or cables; some configurations mark multiple faces in a single pass.
- Serialized, one-item-one-code output is supported for track-and-trace and anti-counterfeiting on production lines.
Where serialization is required, the coder becomes part of the MES: it pulls the next serial, prints it and reports back so nothing is missed.
SHICAI (Shanghai Shicai Inkjet Technology Co., Ltd.) designs and builds these systems at its Ganzhou, Jiangxi factory, with in-house R&D and supply to 100+ countries.
